mémoire art is run by Serap Erkus in London, UK. This page explains how this website and my games handle your information.
This website
- This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. Fonts and images are hosted on this site, so your browser doesn’t contact other companies when you visit.
- My web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security, as all web hosts do.
- When you click through to Etsy, Etsy’s own privacy policy applies.
Orders and memories
- All orders are placed through Etsy. I receive the order details Etsy provides and the memories, names, dates, places and any photos you choose to send me.
- I use them only to make, deliver and support your game. I don’t sell or share them, and I won’t show your game anywhere without asking you first.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging me through my Etsy shop. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
